“We called 518 Disaster Restoration in early December this year after we had a septic system failure. It was a disgusting mess in our basement. It was a Saturday morning and I didn’t expect someone to call me back as quickly as they did! They also showed up at our remote home with in a 1/2 hour with 2 trucks, a team with cleaning supplies, hepa filter fans and had our basement spotless with in a few hours. We like most people do .. have a lot of storage in our basement. They cleaned with high grade products to remove the bacteria and odor the same day!! They cleaned anything and everything that came in contact with the spill. We were so very pleased with their care, professionalism and we had every assurance our home was safe. I can’t thank them enough any highly recommend them!! Call 518 Disaster Restoration first! They will have you in a better place before the disaster happened ! “I am so glad I called 518 Disaster Restoration! They were at my office almost immediately after I discovered my hot water tank broke sometime during the night. Their crew acted quickly to shut off the water, get my belongings to a dry area, remove the 7-8 inches of water and installed dehumidifiers. An instrument was used to detect mold from an old water pipe break, and they removed that dry wall to prevent advancement of mold. They worked the quote for the restoration quickly so I was able present it to my insurance company. I recommend 518 Disaster Restoration for water damage. I also like that it is a family owned business with years of experience!”
